Caroline Brewer

Caroline has more than 15 years strategic and operational line management experience in a chilled food manufacturing environment. She has a degree in Psychology and is professionally qualified with the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Caroline is a business adviser and management trainer, specialising in management development, culture management and the human side of change management. Recent work includes the design, delivery and on-going management of a 2 year management development programme for trainee middle managers in a food manufacturing company, employing approximately 1,000 staff. Working in conjunction with a local further education college to offer an ILM accredited programme to Level 5 in management.

Caroline is also a professionally qualified and experienced business and executive coach, working with organisations, teams and individuals to deliver performance improvement.

Caroline is an accredited Margerison McCann Team profiler using this tool to enable individuals and teams to reach higher levels of performance.

Suzanne Henwood

Image of SuzanneSuzanne is a former radiographer and Director of Education in health who has a PhD which looked at the effectiveness of CPD. She advises at professional body and government level internationally.

Suzanne is passionate about helping people to achieve their potential, especially in health care and through effective education and she qualified as an NLP Trainer in August 2008.

Daksha Malik

With 17 years experience working for a FTSE 100 Company, Daksha held several Senior Management roles mainly involved in managing change. One of the main factors, that Daksha believes, made her successful at what she did was her ability to relate to the people around her and the importance that she placed on supporting people through change.

Daksha believes that NLP based training is true investment in people as it recognises and celebrates people as individuals and enables them to become even more responsible for their behaviours, their results, their lives.

Helen Sieroda

Helen is a skilled process facilitator, trainer, presenter and coach working with individuals and groups in the UK and Europe. She is a UKCP Registered psychotherapist, and is a member of EMCC (European Mentoring and coaching Council) and BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). She is an experienced supervisor and has an EAS accredited diploma in Executive, Business and Personal Coaching awarded through the Iron Mill Institute.

She was awarded a first class degree in Comparative Religion from the University of Manchester and is currently studying an MSc in Responsibility in Business Practice at University of Bath School of Management.

Helen has practiced Psychosynthesis, an integrative, holistic and transpersonal approach to human development, for over 20 years, in a variety of contexts. Psychosynthesis models and techniques are positive, oriented towards action, growth and health, and are extremely effective in the coaching domain.

Helen has developed a combination of significant group and individual development skills as well as a down-to-earth, pragmatic approach. Her commitment to lifelong learning, and continuing professional development, mean she can offer a broader and deeper experience and training than that of many business coaches, trainers or consultants.
